She actually listened to what I wanted and provided me with three options that could work for my family. Ashley was always available to take my calls and would call me back almost immediately if I had to leave a message. I've been through a couple of closings and none of them have gone as smoothly as this one. Two and a half weeks after first speaking with Ashley and everything has been submitted and approved. Ashley was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. She worked to get me the best deal she could based on what I was quoted over the phone. She worked with me to qualify on my own based in part on rental income, which other lenders did not do well. My only complaint is that there were a few things in the contract that she referred me to a lawyer for, which I did not think was appropriate.
