Yes, I had a real estate agent, but Austin went above and beyond to work with my agent and check in with me regularly to see how my search was going. He listened to every story I told as life threw challenges at me and my quest to find a new home. There were certain criteria that I needed to meet to accommodate my new responsibilities. Jump to the end with several home offers that did not turn out my way; I felt like this was never going to happen, but when the last offer I made got outbid, Austin called from Detroit, MI, and I was in the DC suburbs, he went online and began searching for me. He found a condo with all the criteria but slightly further than I wanted to be. He encouraged me to look at it. Long story short. I did, I liked it and I was under contract on the same day. He and his team worked quickly and I closed 17 days later. I am telling you, I hope everyone is so lucky to get a lender that listens and cares for their clients as Austin did with me.
