After being denied from two different lenders because of our student loans, my wife did some research and found out that Rocket Mortgage was a potential lender. But Avis popped up in a chat box and he and I chatted online for another hour getting everything straight. He told me I was Pre-Approved and could start looking for a house. Any questions I had, he responded very quickly and if he didn't know the answer, he pointed me in the right direction or found out the answer for me. Hopefully, I never have to go through the mortgage process again, but if I do, I'm contacting Avis directly and having him help me through the process. I contacted Rocket Mortgage about a month ago just to get some information on buying a home. I was connected to Avis. I could not be happier with the service I am receiving. We are currently working together to get me approved by December of 2017 by working on my credit and enrolling me into the many programs Rocket Mortgage has to offer.
