I have a very difficult loan application--selling two rental house and buying two more in different state. It is extremely difficult and Avis picked up on what I wanted to accomplish right away. I currently have 2 loans with Rocket Mortgage and the process has been so much simpler than when I went through Chase. My grandson is in the process of buying a house and he was having problems with them keeping him informed on what needed to be done and took days to call him back. Finally got discouraged and was just going to quit the whole deal until I told him to call Rocket Mortgage and his loan should be closing first week of November.
