I have a very difficult loan application--selling two rental house and buying two more in different state. It is extremely difficult and Avis picked up on what I wanted to accomplish right away. I currently have 2 loans with Rocket Mortgage and the process has been so much simpler than when I went through Chase. Finally got discouraged and was just going to quit the whole deal until I told him to call Rocket Mortgage and his loan should be closing first week of November.
