At closing, I found out that he left over $1200 on the table. By that time it was too late to get any of that money written back into the closing documents. I really felt that once we started the paperwork with him, he checked out. It was me calling him asking for updates constantly. Our closing wasn’t when it was scheduled for it was a few weeks later. I found buying a new home to be exhausting. If it were not for Brad I would have given up, he coached me through many of the problems. He was always there for me at night, day, and weekends besides the regular hours.
I have managed operations in a large bank for 21 years and a Mutual Fund company for 23 years if I needed a senior person, I would hire him in a second.
