Brandi is very knowledgeable and responsive to her customers needs. She was very attentive, efficient, and walked us through the process. She stayed on line to make sure we were able to access what was needed for our approval. She gave us options so we could make the best decisions for our situation. I spoke with Brandi for the first time today. She walked me patiently through what documents I needed to obtain a Verified Approval Document (I knew this as a pre-approval letter). The Verified Approval document is 100% better! I can't wait until we start the house hunting process! I am so glad she contacted me!
