I hate, I mean hate going through the mortgage process. Brecca made the ordeal more bearable. She was knowledgable, patient and demanding when needed. I came close to not doing this lake house purchase several times. I'm glad she hung in there with me.

She was knowledgeable about the process, and more importantly was never hesitant to take the time to get the right information rather than give me partial or incorrect information. I was connected to Brecca, whose personality came through the phone, and I knew I wanted to see what Rocket Mortgage had to offer.

I thought I should look at a VA loan since I was eligible, however as we sorted through my loan needs Brecca showed how another style loan would be better fit my situation in the long run.

On several occasions Brecca called needing clarifications, or more information, it was a joy to hear from hervoice fill the phone.
