Brain was with us ever step of the way through the loan process. We also had a great time with the on-line information available. We knew exactly at what point our loan was at. We actually found him via chat on Rocket Mortgage. I love it. Making technology work for us. Any issues we posted it on "our" page and someone always got back to us quickly.
