I met Brian by contacting Rocket Mortgage for a mortgage. I was going through my divorce and did not know where to begin. Brian took the time to listen to my story, get all the facts and told me he would know if I was approved within 48 hours. All other mortgage companies did not take the time to follow through and listen like Brian did. Brian called me all hours of the day so I would stay on ...I met Brian by contacting Rocket Mortgage for a mortgage. I was going through my divorce and did not know where to begin. Brian took the time to listen to my story, get all the facts and told me he would know if I was approved within 48 hours. All other mortgage companies did not take the time to follow through and listen like Brian did. Brian called me all hours of the day so I would stay on top of getting all my information to him. He even called me on a saturday when he was out with his family. Brian has amazing patients, he explained every step through the loan process. I was truly shocked by Brians dedication to his job. He helped me with getting my home and starting over. I can not say enough good things about Brian and the Rocket Mortgage Team. The closing process was just as quick and easy, in less than a months time, I had keys in my hand to my house.

I first met Brian when he contacted me regarding a quote request I had accidentally submitted online. I was actually pretty set with the loan I already had set up and debated in my head whether I should just say no thanks and hang up. I am happy to say that I am glad I didn't! Brian helped my wife and I to get a better deal on our loan and also stayed on top of the process from start to finish....I first met Brian when he contacted me regarding a quote request I had accidentally submitted online.
