I would have never considered going thru the internet for a home mortgage, however, after I gave all the information to my local bank, the loan officer did nothing and went on vacation for a week. Frustrated, I tried Rocket Mortgage. I worked for a local insurance company and provided many insurance policies for clients going thru Rocket Mortgage so thankfully I decided to see what the hype was...I would have never considered going thru the internet for a home mortgage, however, after I gave all the information to my local bank, the loan officer did nothing and went on vacation for a week. Frustrated, I tried Rocket Mortgage. I worked for a local insurance company and provided many insurance policies for clients going thru Rocket Mortgage so thankfully I decided to see what the hype was all about. It's people like Brian that make people like me say I will never go through brick and mortar bank again for a mortgage. Applied Friday, in 2 hours had a pre-qualification letter in my in box and one week later a commitment. Mine was not an easy loan either. It seems Brian works day and night and he is always returning calls and e-mailing at times when you would think they would be "closed". I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge on the products they provide and customer service. From the first call to Brian to closing will be around 1 month's time. In fact, I referred my daughter who was also working with a mainstream bank, she "tried" Brian and he provided her with the same quality of service I received and got everything done in lightening speed!!!!
