Why can't more people do their jobs with cheerful professionalism? It's my common refrain. Well, Brian did it! He laughed his way through all the hurdles I threw his way, and went about getting me a loan with the "can do" attitude that I have been sorely missing. Even better, he is backed by a team that can do "all the things" and see all the documents. Oh, if only this were true everywhere I needed complicated answers!
