Brian was extremely helpful throughout the refinance process. He took the initiative to contact me to mention about interest rates on our home equity loan continuing to go up. I knew this and was planning a more aggressive plan to pay it down, but it would have been impossible to keep up with the rising rates. Of course he was always there during the application process and made it less painful.
