AWESOME!! There honestly isn't enough space to write, how wonderful Bridgett has been to work with. After a month of working with another bank (already pre-approved) we called Rocket to see if we could get more help than what we were getting with the establishment we were working with. We got Bridgett, and I am so thankful we did. She sold us on trying Rocket for our loan. From the 1st phone call ...AWESOME!! From the 1st phone call to the last, Bridgett was on it, she was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make it all work, stay on track, and getting it done fast. No matter what time it was, she answered emails, calls, etc. And always responded in a timely manner. Any bump in the road we had, she was there to quickly smooth it out. I never once heard an ounce of unhappiness or frustration in her voice. She was ALWAYS extremely happy, friendly, helpful and positive. I would never use any other Loan Officer, SHE IS ABSOLUTELY amazing, and our home purchase would have never happened without her, and all done with expertise and speed!!!!

Working with Bridgett was absolutely fantastic!!! She was very knowledgeable about the whole entire process. Made everything go through very smoothly always on top of her game. All I can say is WOW!!! Bridgett helped me to maintain my sanity after 4 missed closings!!! I was exasperated, disgusted, and outraged at the lack of professionalism; from the survey company that conducted the survey on the property that I was purchasing. Once Bridgett became involved in the process, She lit a fire under the company and they starting doing the job they we paid to do. I would ...All I can say is WOW!!!
