AWESOME!! There honestly isn't enough space to write, how wonderful Bridgett has been to work with. After a month of working with another bank (already pre-approved) we called Rocket to see if we could get more help than what we were getting with the establishment we were working with. We got Bridgett, and I am so thankful we did. She sold us on trying Rocket for our loan. From the 1st phone call ...AWESOME!! No matter what time it was, she answered emails, calls, etc. And always responded in a timely manner. Any bump in the road we had, she was there to quickly smooth it out. I never once heard an ounce of unhappiness or frustration in her voice. She was ALWAYS extremely happy, friendly, helpful and positive. I would never use any other Loan Officer, SHE IS ABSOLUTELY amazing, and our home purchase would have never happened without her, and all done with expertise and speed!!!!

I was exasperated, disgusted, and outraged at the lack of professionalism; from the survey company that conducted the survey on the property that I was purchasing.
