The only reason I gave you 4 stars is that I don't think you explained the whole process. You asked for our documents up front, great. Then we go onto the next step and we have to work with someone else who keeps asking for docs for 2 weeks? Why can't you ask for everything up front instead of having to keep looking everyday for 2 weeks? That is my only complaint and I'm sure it's not ...Hi Bruce,
