Chad knew I withdrew retirement pension which is taxable to fund down payment. He lowered my mortgage interest rate but raise points which let me write off tax this year and lessen the payments for the coming years. Personally I think he shall expand his career from loan specialist to real estate broker or attorney specialized in accounting.
