Cheryl was the Purchase Banker that handled my purchase. Overall I was satisfied with her services. At times I felt that it was an up-hill battle getting help from them. I believe Cheryl had the best intentions and were restricted at times. Either way, Cheryl's professionalism and communication skills met expectations. During the time when I was looking for houses, Cheryl followed up with me often. She is always reachable. Whenever I had any questions, she always got back to me quickly. One Friday evening I wrote an email to her asking some question regarding the interest rate disclosure document, she emailed me back in less than an hour at the weekend night.
