Chris is personable, conscientious and did a great job. I asked him to help with an issue with the points I needed to pay for a certain interest rate for a 15 yr condo loan. He advocated for me with his supervisor and the higher ups and the issue resolved to my satisfaction.
The closing went well and all paperwork was without error.
