Every once in awhile, I encounter someone who excels in every aspect of humanity. Chris is one of those individuals. While we finally determined that a re-fi at this time was not prudent, Chris walked me through all the stages and phases of the process with alacrity, professionalism, courtesy, charm, wit, genuine understanding of my situation as well as he was just plain delightful and charming....Every once in awhile, I encounter someone who excels in every aspect of humanity.
