Chris made the process so simple. He was quick to follow up on any questions I had. The loan process was faster than any I have experienced before. These guys were fast and polite which makes it appropriate that they work for Rocket Mortgage. Chris made suggestions that other companies had not thought of and were really helpful.

While talking to Chris I did like I had been doing and asked questions, which he immediately answered. What a relief, every other company kept saying "we'll get to that", but I wanted to know now.
