I was skeptical to even attempt a refinance transaction with a company where I couldn't talk face to face with the person I'm dealing with. Once I talked to Chris my concerns vanished. I gave my institution one more chance to meet my needs, and they did. I notified Chris and he was as gracious and honest as can be. even though he could not meet or beat what my credit union offered! Chris made the process so simple. He was quick to follow up on any questions I had. The loan process was faster than any I have experienced before. These guys were fast and polite which makes it appropriate that they work for Rocket Mortgage. Chris made suggestions that other companies had not thought of and were really helpful.
