We have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past so we knew the process was easy and reliable. This was our second home mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, however, our realtor wanted us to work with a local lender because she felt Rocket Mortgage didn't know the market we were purchasing in as well as a local lender. Pleasant process for attaining a home mortgage. They didn't try to push us to any unessecary up sells. The mortgage team did what we asked of them and provided accurate quotes with estimated expenditures. Courteous, convenient, and thorough.
