Christopher was the best from start to finish! He was very thorough explaining everything. When we called him we only had about 30 days till closing date as the seller was anxious to close. There were no surprises from the get go, I appreciated the professional way he was knowledgeable about what was available and duly informed us of the pros & cons of each package, thereby reassuring us and earning our trust as far as pricing. His turn around timing was most impressionable in inquires and 'push-backs'.
Another thing i admired was the Rocket Mortgage portal experience. It was easy to use and gave me peace of mind as per security of my personal data which emailing/attachments didn't.
I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again or refer him to my colleagues here in Houston
. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Christopher and his 'team' to anyone wanting a great mortgage with an experienced but patient team!
I thought i understood the process but after interfacing with Chris I was glad i took the time to look beyond 'best rates', but also options that was good for our particular/specific situation and right for my family.
Christopher's team was attentive (especially the updates), thereby helping me close early . Everything was on time and questions answered at all times, making the process a lot less unpleasant like what my colleagues had pre-warned me to be prepared for.
