Not only was he patient, and efficient, but he went above and beyond to get me a deal that I was comfortable with. At one point in our search, a particular seller required us to get pre-approved by a bank of their choosing. Since I had a long-standing relationship with Rocket Mortgage through Cody, I was apprehensive about getting figures from another bank. Cody really went above and beyond and made my deal one that any other bank just could not compete with. He was truly there for me throughout the process. Being first-time homeowners, it can be pretty scary! But anytime I had a question, concern, or just having a freak-out moment, Cody was there to patiently and effectively address anything I asked for or had concerns with. He has a great way of explaining things in a way that any new home buyer can understand.
