It feels lame to give only 5 stars to someone who should get so much more! I honestly don't know how this guy is so patient with as many times as I've had him explain the same thing over and over. He was just a pure joy to work with, he explained everything (numerous times, in some cases) with patience and clarity. He truly advocates for the home buyer, which, I believe, got my offer accepted. In our dealings with Rocket loans for refinance and than a new home loan, Collin performed in a totally exemplary fashion. Always available with the right answer and encouraging manner. Keeps one sane throughout the process and makes a stressful operation almost fun. When Quicken's restrictions made it impossible to close with them, he stayed in touch to make sure that...WHAT?!? ONLY 5 stars? Really?
