I have to say, I am a finance professional that works with banks on their processes and customer service - and working with Rocket Mortgage has been a fountain of inspiration and knowledge on how I talk to my clients about excellence in customer service and underwriting. The customer service Creighton provided was on point and reflected our search and priorities -- it was also amazingly flexible as I travel internationally. Creighton has been AMAZING. We started a process with him for our new home and he was there all the way. He was honest, genuine, responsive and attentive. He did his best and hardest to compete with our builders mortgage company. Unfortunately the builder had too much to offer. Remember they have extra money from what your are paying for the home.
