Dalton was great during the sales process, but after deciding on Rocket as my lender I was not pleased with the ongoing quality of service and felt like I received uninformed, and then unresponsive guidance on navigating rate movement prior to closing.

I have worked with other lenders in the past. Dalton by far is the best I have worked with so far. He is very very very responsive. He even responds during weekends and was too kind to even share his cell phone number so I can contact him during late evenings and weekends if he is not on his desk.
