Dan was extremely responsive to any form of communication, be it email, phone calls, and in my case text messages. If he missed your call messages left were quickly returned and he did a great job answering any questions and concerns. Dan is very helpful and patient. I had a delay due to health reasons in finishing my loan. Dan kept everyone informed and up to date so I wouldn't have to redo any steps when I was better. I was able to pick up right where I was at and proceed. Having one person stay with me through the whole process made the experience pleasant and easy.
