I just want to post my thoughts on Dan. He offered me a refi after they took over my loan from another company. They could have let it roll as it was but in the end, I have cash out, my payment is about the same, and they knocked off 6yrs of payments....I could not be happier and would recommend Dan to anyone that needs to discuss mortgage options.
