Daniel, is the newest Rocket Mortgage lender to service our newest mortgage. Daniel is a very professional and personable person on the phone. He is top notch with his professionalism and knowledge. My husband and I are not "easy" customers to please. Daniel spent many long hours and evenings on the phone with my husband, walking him through the remortgage process. We put Daniel through a thorough examination and questioning of our numbers on our mortgage. I'm pleased to say, that Daniel, ALWAYS, exceeded the mark in our opinion.
