Communications with all the Rocket Mortgage team was prompt, crisp and reassuring as the process moved along. The entire process was very smooth. Personally I do a lot of work via email and the internet, so having access to Rocket Mortgage to be able to type messages and review documents when it fit with my work schedule was awesome! Dan was great to work with and really appreciate the fact that he was willing to call me on my schedule, even if that was 10:30 at night.
