If he wasn't in, he responded as soon as he could. This type of customer service is something you don't see every day. And just underscores why Rocket is our preferred lender.

To the point, if you want someone who is honest, has your best interest, Who responds always and extremely quickly, doesn’t treat you like a number, and follows through, then you want to do your business with Dan! He knows and does his job very efficiently and will never leave you hanging. there was a man i used to deal with and would only deal with at Quicken/Rocket Who is no longer in this particular position, and I told Dan he had big shoes to fill if he was going to live up to that person and the service he provided and believe me folks, Dan did just that. Like I said, honest straightforward efficient , Patient and won’t leave you hanging ,and has your best interest.
