I highly recommend Dan and Rocket Mortgage at large. This is my third or fourth time using their services and I keep coming back for a reason. It was a bumpy ride along the way this time and I dealt with a number of Rocket Mortgage personnel along the way. Though I wasn't always please with every decision/requirement Rocket Mortgage made and questioned some things about their policies - more this time than ever before - the most important thing is that Dan heard my concerns, acted on them and became my advocate with his broader team - with a very satisfactory conclusion in the end.
