Dan was always on top of the whole process for me. This was my second loan with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage and everything went as expected. The process to upload documents to the almost immediate response on any question asked of them is so well managed. Hopefully we won't need another loan for many years but if we do, I'll call Rocket Mortgage for sure!
