In addition, David was always immediately responsive to any question I submitted. Always knowledgeable and courteous, he is both professional and friendly. I was very happy with the entire process, and that was due in large part to David, in addition to the the Rocket Mortgage online process. He also was in real-time contact with my realtor when required, so - five stars for David!

One example of this was the day he called to say the Fed was meeting the next day and speculation was they would raise interest rates. He asked if I want to lock in my rate before that happened. It was a bit a of a gamble, but I trusted David and chose to lock my rate. The Fed did indeed raise rates the next day. How's that for going to bat for your client? The fact that I landed in his "inbox" when I applied for my mortgage was a windfall. I would definitely work with him again and would highly recommend him to others.
