I know David Stanczak for about two years now. He is an expert in home loan application and was able to tell me from the get go whether my application will get approved or not. The first time he told me that my application will not get approved, I thought I can shop elsewhere. Without realizing that there is one underwriter to finally approve your application. Believe me, the first time we did not get a loan. We waited for two years before trying again and his was the first name that came to my mind. And the rest is history.
