Initially, he was professional and cordial, but became abrasive, controlling, and impatient as time went on, especially when we didn't do things exactly his way. He said a few things on the phone that were uncalled for - given that he didn't know me personally, it was clear that he made assumptions about me. However, he seems knowledgeable in his field.
