The commercials don't do the process justice. I talked to Derek in January and told him we wanted to refinance in March. Derek called me back on the exact day I mentioned and I couldn't believe how smoothly the process went.

Derek is most efficient and knowledgeable in refinancing. While mine was a HARP loan, it took only a week to get approval and turn it over o the processors. The weakest link in the process was the title people..as a retired real estate/title insurance paralegal I complied with their, though most things asked for were unnecessary.
