Derrick was the first person I spoke to and then was passed on to the team to finish all the paper work. He told me I had to put down a $500 deposit in which I would get back once I closed loan well that was wrong it was considered in the refinance as a deposit and I did not receive the deposit back. I should of been told this up front.
