Dustin lead me through an experience that I couldn't believe. He was like a snowplow clearing the path for me to buy my first home. If there were any roadblocks in the way of my purchase Dustin cleared them with ease, or showed me how to clear them.

As the closing date neared and I was in the hands of the underwriters, Dustin was still there for me. If I had a question I would ask him and he would contact the appropriate person who would answer me, usually that same day.

Rocket Mortgage seems to be one big team and they treated me as though I was the only client that they had. And we closed as scheduled.
