I’d give Ebony far more than 5 stars if the option existed. When we first communicated, I was expecting an asthma attack and brain fog while in the final stages of an intestinal problem. She has every right to think my head was pilled with large rocks where my brain should be. Instead, she hooked me up with a technology expert and remained on the line until I had successfully created a new email account to access required documents, and patiently walked me through a seemingly endless series of self-induced errors to successful complete my application. But wait. There are other examples of her going beyond the call of duty, but in the interest of brevity I’ll end this review with this ultimate compliment from this old lady: she was always professional, but working with her was like teaming up with a long-time friend.
