Unfortunately, my experience with Ebony Crawford at Rocket Mortgage has been an absolute nightmare. Despite discussing and agreeing upon a 5% down payment, she suddenly demanded a 20% down payment halfway through the process. This has caused a great deal of stress and financial strain, as I was not prepared to come up with such a large sum of money. This experience has taught me to always be cautious and double-check all details and agreements before proceeding with any financial transactions.
