Ernesto was very polite and patient-despite our slight impatience! Ernesto was excellent in helping us get all the docs delivered in the most "efficient manner".He was very informative of the whole mortgage process and was not the least bit pushy!! "Hats off to Ernesto" great job in customer service. I would highly recommend Ernesto to other future clients.
