Evan was nice and attentive. However, he was a little too zealous in his attention. There was an issue on the Rocket Mortgage side in regards to my name spelling. I am very busy throughout the day, however this did not stop him from rushing me on several occasions after I had already touched the docs during the day. I don't think that was his intention to rush me, he was just trying to get everything straight to submit, but it was not awesome to have someone call multiple times in a day because their side of the work still wasn't correct. Word of advice, don't contact people on the weekends via phone unless you have their permission to. And try not to call people more than once throughout the day, especially when the mistake with the paperwork is on the Rocket Mortgage side and not on the borrower side. Make sure the problem is completely resolved and THEN contact the borrower to complete the paperwork. It's frustrating to keep signing or logging in to see the paperwork is still not correct. As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and offers by the mortgage company. This is the case in which Evan has come in place to complete the process exactly as supposed to be and meet the expectation with clean outcome. During the process, there was some gray area that at the end Evan has worked toward completing as expected. And this is the positive side as often agents does not take additional steps and leaving the customer with the problem.
A side observation as well that even after the process and paperwork has started, he looked into possible best alternative which helped me to comfort my decision that the chosen plan was correct.
In my criteria, Excellent for 5 stars are for providing end result more than expected, in my case wasn't exactly this, but as described above there was effort for removing road blocker and recognizing error to remedy it for which I am giving 5 stars.Read MoreRead Less

If you have ever contacted a mortgage aggregator then you know the experience of feeling like Pyrahna feed. Evan contactd me and after 3 minutes I exhaled as I clearly had found the right broker.
