I love Quicken/Rocket and have had previous loans with amazing service. Floyd seemed very preoccupied and mostly too busy to respond to my concerns. I ended up with loan terms that weren’t what I had asked for. My credit exceeds 800 and I have a 21 year job. It seems like maybe he had too many loans going at the same time to give attention.

We were originally going to go with a different mortgage lender, but we decided to give Rocket Mortgage a call just to see what they would offer. We called around 7:30 pm and he stayed on the phone with us until 10:30 pm just to get everything squared away and ready for the next steps.
