Our real estate agent suggested that we try to use a local finance company who was familiar with the lending laws of our state and that could easily be contac face to face, but utilizing Frank proved to be a smooth process, ensuring that the loan on our new home was ready to close at the same time as the Act of Sale on our previous home.
