Frank prequalified me on the first day and I was ecstatic! From that point on it has been smooth sailing the whole way through. I had all of my documents prepared ahead of time, for the most part. So uploading them onto my Rocket Mortgage portal was very simple.

After pre-approval loan drug out, and had to change purchase price several times. Was unable to use equity from trade in of my previous home or the 100,000 dollars that I pad down. Now I'm having to pay mortgage insurance on my new home costing me extra 100.00 per month.
