We were given six months by our current landlord who wanted to remodeled the place we were living. Being as that is was Winter makes it difficult to find anything to rent let alone buy. Frank got my husband hooked up with their credit expert Joel and told us exactly what we needed to do and quickly the points went up hence qualifying us for more house. Other lenders turn us away and saying we couldn't do certain things and that they couldn't help us. Frank made the magic happen. He crossed every t and dotted every eye. Always watching our backs for every little thing. Trying to find something before we had to be out of where we were was trying in itself , but his team got us to close even earlier that the predicted 30 to 45 days it takes for the process. Frank was very pleasant. However every few days I kept having to keep giving more information, there should have been a checklist of everything that would be needed and asked for all at once. I was refinancing from a Rocket Mortgage to a Rocket Mortgage so the majority of the information should have already been at their access.
