Other lenders turn us away and saying we couldn't do certain things and that they couldn't help us. Frank made the magic happen. He crossed every t and dotted every eye. Always watching our backs for every little thing. Trying to find something before we had to be out of where we were was trying in itself , but his team got us to close even earlier that the predicted 30 to 45 days it takes for the process. After pre-approval loan drug out, and had to change purchase price several times. Was unable to use equity from trade in of my previous home or the 100,000 dollars that I pad down. Now I'm having to pay mortgage insurance on my new home costing me extra 100.00 per month.
