As if buying a house isn't stressful enough... I had hit a few hiccups along the way with the home I have recently closed on. Frank was assigned my case in the middle of it all. He was kind, personable, amicable, and well rounded in knowledge. Frank took his time to answer all my calls, texts and emails. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns the best he possibly could; ...As if buying a house isn't stressful enough... However, it being my first time buying a home there was a lot I did not know, wasn't sure who to ask or how to go about certain situations. It was stress beyond belief but Frank was so helpful! He ensured he could give the best advice and knowledge possible to help me. He constantly kept me updated on the process and what was going on, on the banking/loan end of things. He was very concerned about what was best for me as the client/costumer. He is a true and perfect example of what costumer service is about. I loved the entire team but Frank really did make this process less stressful. If you can pick whom to work with from Rocket Mortgage I highly recommend Frank, and will say I hope to have Franks assistance in the future when buying a home. :) Overall if I could rate more than just 5 stars I 100% would.
